You Are Invited To Participate In Our Strategic Planning Process
Dear Fellow Snowboarders,
Over the past two years the Association of Ontario Snowboarders has undergone a great deal of growth and change. Now, with the support of the Ontario Trillium Foundation, it is appropriate for us to pause a bit and determine how we should best prepare ourselves to move forward.
Al Will & Associates Inc. has been contracted by the Association of Ontario Snowboarders (AOS) to facilitate our next strategic plan (2010-2013). Al Will is the President of Al Will & Associates Inc and will be the consultant and facilitator on this project. Al has 40 years of management experience with non-profit organizations both as staff and as a volunteer. Al has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Sports Administration from Laurentian University.
In support of this process you are being asked to complete an online survey. The survey has 15 questions where you are asked to rate effectiveness and give more detailed written comments where appropriate. Please answer the questions as best as you can based on your experience. It shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes to complete.

Al Will will hold individual answers in confidence. Collectively he will pool ideas and comments to present to them to the Board during the planning process. Any comments that could or might be attributed only to you will not be shared unless you have given permission to do so.
